Benefits

  • Payroll is done on a weekly basis and trips are always paid within 4 to 8 days of delivery for over-the-road drivers
  • All trips paid within 4 to 8 days of delivery.
  • Qualcomm's in all trucks
  • In cab scanning for all paperwork, no truck stop scanning or mailing for anything
  • Truck lease/purchase plans available after 6 months of employment
  • Company driver pay:
    • • Base OTR pay is $1.01 per mile*
    • • Base OTR pay is $1.08 per mile for Canadian eligible driver with a passport on all miles*
    • • 100% of fuel surcharge paid to truck
  • Regional positions available in Witchita Falls, TX and Carlisle, PA (limited number available)

* A portion of pay for each trip is considered a bonus for meeting appointments for pick up and delivery on time and no at fault breakage on glass loads.

Qualifications

MVR – Motor Vehicle Record will be ordered in following situations
  • Prior to operating a company owned or leased vehicle
  • Prior to operating personally owned or leased vehicles used on company business
  • Annually
  • Post accident
Minimum Qualifications of Employment
  • 23 years of age
  • 2 years of full time verifiable tractor-trailer experience
Drug and/or Alcohol tests will be administered under these circumstances:
  • Pre Employment screen
  • Post Accident
  • Reasonable Suspicion
  • Randomly
Driving and Accident Disqualifications
  • More than 2 moving traffic violations in previous 36 months
  • More than one preventable accident in previous 36 months
  • DUI (drugs or alcohol) in previous 5 years in a commercial or personal vehicle
  • Vehicular homicide
  • Operating a vehicle on suspended or revoked drivers license
  • Using a vehicle in the commission of a felony
  • Operating a vehicle with the owner’s permission (Unauthorized use/Grand theft)
  • Reckless driving or speed contests
  • Leaving the scene of an accident with bodily or physical damage
  • Multiple speed offenses or 15 mph over
